1. Return Eligibility
- Non-Returnable Products: Certain items sold on Sampan Mart are marked as non-returnable. These items are not eligible for return or refund due to hygiene, perishability, safety, or other reasons as determined by the seller.

Returnable Products: Products eligible for return must be:
- Reported within 7-10 calendar days of delivery.
- In unused, original condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
2. Refund & Return Timeline
- For eligible return and refund claims, Sampan Mart will process the request within 7 to 10 working days after your return request has been approved and the product has been received and verified by the seller or our logistics team.
- Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment or as store credit, depending on your selection and eligibility.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Refund
- Log in to your Sampan Mart account.
- Go to “My Orders” and select the item you wish to return.
- Click on “Return/Refund” and follow the instructions.
- Pack the product securely and hand it over to the designated courier service.
4. Exceptions
- Returns requested beyond 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modification will not be eligible for return or refund.
- Some items may have a seller-specific return policy. In such cases, the seller’s policy will take precedence and will be mentioned on the product page.
