Welcome to Sampan Mart, a multi-seller e-commerce platform. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using Sampan Mart, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

1. User Account

  • You must create an account to access certain features of Sampan Mart.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

2. Use of the Platform

You agree to:

  • Use Sampan Mart for lawful purposes only
  • Not use our platform to violate any local, national, or international laws
  • Not engage in fraudulent activity, spamming, or attempts to damage the platform or other users

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms.

3. Product Listings & Sellers

  • Sampan Mart is a marketplace that connects buyers and independent sellers.
  • Sellers are responsible for listing accurate product information, pricing, and availability.
  • Sampan Mart is not responsible for any disputes arising from transactions between buyers and sellers, but we may assist in resolving issues in accordance with our policies.

4. Orders & Payments

  • Orders placed through Sampan Mart are considered final once confirmed.
  • Payments are processed securely through our payment partners.
  • In case of payment issues, please contact support within 48 hours of the transaction.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines vary by seller and product. Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
  • Sampan Mart and its sellers are not liable for delays caused by logistics providers or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Some products are non-returnable (as marked on the product page).
  • For returnable products, requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after approval and successful return of the item.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on Sampan Mart including logos, text, images, and software is the property of Sampan Mart or its licensors.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reuse any part of the platform without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sampan Mart shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Product defects or inaccuracies in listings
  • Delays, failures, or interruptions in platform functionality

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka.
