We aim to ensure timely delivery across Bangladesh. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the product seller’s dispatch timeline.

• Inside Dhaka: Estimated delivery within 5 working days

• Outside Dhaka: Estimated delivery within 10 working days

• Delivery times will be clearly mentioned on the product and checkout pages.


Please note: Delivery times may be extended during public holidays, political unrest, adverse weather conditions, or logistical challenges.



2. Delivery Charges


• Delivery charges, if any, will be clearly mentioned at the time of checkout.

• Charges may vary depending on the product weight, seller’s location, and delivery destination.



3. International Shipping


For international shipping, Sampan Mart follows standard international shipping policies, including customs duties, VAT, and import regulations of the destination country.

• Delivery times and charges for international orders will be displayed during checkout.

• The recipient is responsible for any customs duties or taxes applicable in their country.



4. Order Tracking


Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track the delivery status through our website or the logistics partner’s portal.



5. Undelivered or Returned Orders


If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, our courier partner will attempt redelivery. If the order is returned to us, Sampan Mart reserves the right to cancel the order and process a refund (if applicable) after deducting any shipping costs.
